Who Enter the email addresses of the people you’d like to invite. If you’ve connected TimeBridge to your Google, Outlook or Apple iCal you’ll be able to auto-complete those addresses against your address book. Give the meeting a topic and even add a personal message if you’d like.

When Click and drag on the TimeBridge Scheduler to propose up to 5 specific meeting times. It’s good to give your attendees choices. If you’ve connected your calendar you’ll be able to view your personal calendar details as you select times. You’ll also be able to see attendees’ availability if they are sharing with you.

Where Add a meeting location, such as an address or conference room. Or add a virtual location. With TimeBridge you can easily add a free conference number or web conference link.

Send your meeting invitation All of the participants will receive an email prompting them to respond with the best time. The invitation will come directly from you.

The Meeting Room Attendees can reply by voting on which times work best for them. As the organizer, you can monitor the responses as well as modify the meeting details in the Meeting Room. If for some reason TimeBridge is not able to find a time automatically, you’ll be notified and given options for next steps.
